Your estimate is based on the information you provided. If the home's actual condition differs significantly (such as heavy buildup, excessive clutter, post-construction debris, water damage, inaccessible areas, or other conditions requiring additional labor), the scheduled labor-hours may not be enough to complete every requested task. Our cleaning team will prioritize your selected services and follow the service checklist. If additional time is required, it is billed at $80 per cleaner, per hour, and no additional work or charges will be made without your prior approval. Any necessary price adjustments will only be discussed after an on-site assessment.

I understand that this package includes a fixed number of labor-hours and may not cover every listed or requested task. Completion depends on the home’s actual condition, clutter, buildup, size, access, and the accuracy of my answers.
