Our Deep Cleaning service is designed for homes and apartments that need more attention than a routine Standard Cleaning. We focus on removing built-up dust, dirt, and grime with extra care throughout the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, floors, high-touch surfaces, and other commonly used areas.
Deep Cleaning is ideal for homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while, homes with noticeable dust or buildup, or anyone looking to refresh their space before beginning recurring cleaning services.
If your home has excessive clutter, hoarding conditions, heavy dirt accumulation, pest activity, biohazards, mold, or other situations requiring specialized cleaning, we may recommend a different service or provide a custom quote after evaluating the property.
General Deep Cleaning Includes
- Detailed dusting of reachable surfaces
- Vacuuming floors, carpets, and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors

We do not move heavy furniture, fragile furniture, large appliances, or anything that may cause injury or damage. We clean around furniture and reach underneath where it is safely accessible.

Cabinets and drawers should be emptied before the appointment so we can clean the interiors safely. Light dishwashing covers a small load of everyday dishes. We do not clean expensive, fragile, or unsafe dishes without an agreement before the appointment.

Heavy soap scum, hard-water stains, rust, mold, old grout discoloration, or permanent stains may not be fully removable. Mold remediation is not included. We clean visible and safely accessible bathroom areas.

The Deep Cleaning starting price does not include the following services unless added separately or booked as a different service.

- Moving heavy furniture
- Cleaning behind heavy appliances that are unsafe to move
- Exterior window cleaning
- High-reach cleaning requiring unsafe ladders
- Post-construction cleaning
- Hoarding cleanup
- Mold removal or mold remediation
- Pest-related cleaning
- Biohazard cleanup
- Human or animal waste cleanup
- Permanent stain removal

Our Deep Cleaning service is designed to provide a thorough cleaning throughout your home. However, it is not a restoration service and does not include post-construction cleanup, hoarding cleanup, mold remediation, biohazard cleaning, or other specialty cleaning services.
To ensure we schedule the appropriate amount of time and provide an accurate estimate, we may request photos of your home before confirming your appointment. If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided, additional charges may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to accommodate the required work.
