Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service is designed for empty homes and apartments before or after a move. This service is ideal when you are preparing to move into a new space, moving out of a rental, selling a home, or getting a property ready for the next occupant.

Important Requirement: The home must be completely empty before the cleaning appointment. Personal belongings, furniture, boxes, and large trash items should be removed before our team arrives.

If the home was recently painted, renovated, repaired, or had construction work done, please let us know before the appointment. Post-renovation dust and debris may require extra time and an additional charge.

General Cleaning Includes

Dusting reachable surfaces
Vacuuming floors, carpets, and rugs
Sweeping and mopping hard floors
Cleaning baseboards
Removing reachable cobwebs
Cleaning inside closets
Cleaning inside cabinets
Cleaning inside drawers
Cleaning interior windows where reachable and safe
Wiping light switches and door handles
Emptying small trash left behind
Removing up to 1-2 small bags of trash if needed
Cleaning empty rooms, hallways, and common areas

Standard service includes removing a small amount of trash. Large amounts of trash, furniture, boxes, construction debris, or junk removal are not included and must be requested in advance.

Heavy grease buildup may require extra time or an additional fee. Old stains, rust, burn marks, hard-water stains, or permanent discoloration may not be fully removable. Appliances must be empty before cleaning.

Heavy soap scum, hard-water stains, rust, mold, old grout discoloration, or permanent stains may not be fully removable. Mold remediation is not included. We clean visible and safely accessible bathroom areas.

If our team arrives and the home is not empty, has excessive trash, heavy clutter, post-construction debris, unsafe conditions, pest activity, mold, or biohazards, pricing may change, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted.
