Post-construction cleaning is billed hourly at $70 per hour. We do not automatically provide flat-rate pricing for post-construction cleaning. To provide a flat-rate quote, we must first review photos of the property and understand the size, condition, dust level, debris, and requested scope of work.
If the property is occupied, furnished, recently painted, still under construction, or has workers/trades still on-site, the cleaning may take longer and may be billed hourly.

Post-Construction Cleaning is designed for properties that need cleaning after renovation, construction, repairs, remodeling, painting, or contractor work. This service focuses on removing construction dust from accessible surfaces, cleaning floors, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and preparing the property for move-in, staging, or daily use.
Before scheduling, please confirm that construction work is complete or provide accurate information if other workers will still be on-site. If contractors are still working, the cleaning may need to be rescheduled or billed hourly because dust and debris can continue to spread.
Photos are required if you want a flat-rate estimate.

- Removing up to 1-2 small bags of trash if needed
Standard service includes removing a small amount of trash. Large amounts of construction debris, contractor trash, paint cans, wood, tile, drywall, furniture, boxes, or junk removal are not included unless approved separately.

Appliances must be empty before interior cleaning. Heavy grease, paint, adhesive, caulk, grout haze, or contractor residue may require extra time and may not be fully removable. We do not move heavy appliances unless approved and safe.

- Wiping bathroom fixtures
- Cleaning vanity exterior
- Cleaning inside empty bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Removing light construction dust from reachable bathroom surfaces
- Sweeping and mopping floor
Paint residue, grout haze, adhesive, caulk, hard-water stains, rust, mold, or old grout discoloration may not be fully removable. Mold remediation is not included. We clean visible and safely accessible bathroom areas.

Important Note
Post-construction cleaning can vary greatly depending on the amount of dust, debris, property size, and whether construction work is fully completed. Because of this, we charge $70 per hour for post-construction cleaning.
If you would like a flat-rate quote, we must review photos first. After reviewing the photos and details, we may provide a flat-rate estimate if the scope is clear enough.
If the condition of the property is significantly different from the photos or information provided, pricing may change, or the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
