Routine home maintenance
Recurring Cleaning is our Standard Cleaning service for routine home maintenance. The cleaning tasks, inclusions, and exclusions are exactly the same; you return for cleaning every week, every two weeks, or every month.
If your home has heavy buildup, excessive dirt, grease, soap scum, clutter, pet hair, or has not been cleaned in a long time, choose Deep Cleaning before starting recurring maintenance.
General Cleaning Includes
- Dusting reachable surfaces
- Vacuuming floors, carpets, and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Dry dusting baseboards
- Removing reachable cobwebs
- Wiping light switches and door handles
- Emptying trash bins
- Replacing trash liners if provided
- Light straightening of common areas
- Making beds if clean bedding is provided
We do not move heavy furniture. We clean around furniture and reach underneath where it is safely accessible.
